Overview

The Canature ULP-4021 is a high-efficiency ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis membrane designed for reliable water purification in small to medium commercial and industrial RO systems. Engineered to operate at lower pressures while maintaining strong contaminant rejection, this membrane delivers an average permeate flow of approximately 950 gallons per day (3.6 m³/d) with a stable salt rejection rate of up to 99.2%, ensuring effective removal of dissolved salts, minerals, and impurities from water sources.

Featuring an active membrane area of 36 ft² (3.3 m²) and a 28 mil feed spacer, the Canature ULP-4021 provides an excellent balance between water flow and filtration efficiency. Tested under standard operating conditions of 150 psi (1.03 MPa) and 25°C with a 1500 mg/L NaCl solution, it ensures dependable purification performance while reducing energy consumption compared to conventional RO membranes.

Designed for durability and long service life, the membrane supports a maximum working pressure of 600 psi (4.14 MPa) and can operate with feed water temperatures up to 45°C. With a typical 8% recovery rate per element, the Canature ULP-4021 offers efficient filtration while maintaining stable system performance in a variety of water treatment applications.
